1 bedroom turned into 2 rooms

We got asked to split this large bedroom into 2. Cutting out a new doorway from the landing and putting a new wall up. Creating more useable space for this small house

Utilising all that wasted space under the stairs the correct way. Adding these 5 shelves will give this customer easier access to all their things instead of plying everything in front of another.

We’re looking for a skilled labourer with a background in general building to help us out for a 7-week period due to our current workload. If you have the experience and meet the following requirements, we’d love to hear from you!

👉 Position: Labourer
👉 Duration: 7 weeks
👉 Location: Chorley
👉 Driving licence is preferred, unless local and en route to the job
👉 Requirements:
- Experience in general building
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to drive a dumper
- Capable of putting mixes on

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

5x doors swapped out for some new solid cottage style ones to finish this landing off.

This customer wanted to create another large living space to add to their lovely home.

• Garage doors bricked up with windows to match rest of the property

• New internal door cut out from the hallway

• New electrics and heating ran in

• Under stairs storage built

• Wall built off to create 2x recessed shelves and to hide boiler and fuse board

• Floor screeded and LVT laid

• All signed off and certificates issued

Kitchen renovation all completed

Creating this new open plan kitchen for one of our customers.

We took the old and dated kitchen and dinning room out. Supporting wall was taking down with a steel installed to open up this much more useable space.

LVT flooring was fitted throughout the downstairs, all new electrics, plumbing and fully plastered.

Another small little job finished off the create some more usable space for this client.

We created this understairs desk area with some storage so the customer could really use all of that space which is normally hard to maximise under a stairs.

We also tiled a small hearth for them in this lovely tiles recessed into the timber floor.
