WE'RE HIRING – LABOURERS
We are looking for Labourers to join our team at Cotswold Decorative Ironworkers (CDI), a busy, family-run metalwork business based in the Cotswolds. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and is happy to get involved wherever needed across the business.
The Role
▪️Your duties will include:
▪️General labouring duties
▪️Keeping the workshop, yard and work areas clean and tidy
▪️Picking and processing customer orders
▪️Assisting with deliveries to and from site
▪️Loading and unloading materials
▪️Moving and organising stock and materials
▪️Supporting different trades and teams within the business as required
About You
Previous experience in a workshop, yard, construction or site environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
We're looking for someone who:
▪️Has a positive, can-do attitude
▪️Is reliable and willing to work as part of a team
▪️Is comfortable carrying out physical work
▪️Is happy to take on a variety of different tasks
▪️Is willing to learn and get stuck in
Job Details
Location: Chipping Norton, OX7
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting at £14.00 per hour. Competitive and dependent on experience
Accommodation: On-site accommodation available if required
