Planning Submitted | Leominster ✅🏡
We’ve proudly submitted a planning application to help transform a historic building in Leominster, a Grade II listed hotel in the heart of the town centr, for modern use.
The proposals include:
👷🏼♂️ Restoring the external façade and roof
👷🏼♂️ Change of use of the existing hotel
👷🏼♂️ Ground floor hospitality space for restaurants, cafés, or similar uses
👷🏼♂️ 12 new first and second floor flats, including a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes
In addition, we are proposing the demolition of a newer event space to make way for carefully designed heritage-style new build spaces, including:
👷🏼♂️ A two-storey block containing 4 x 2-bedroom flats
👷🏼♂️ A pair of semi-detached mews houses
The full scheme will also include cycle storage, bin storage, and parking for 19 vehicles.
Projects like this require a careful balance, protecting the history and character of the building while creating practical spaces that work for modern living and future investment.
