New roof and bay window for a client , bay is fully leaded and refurbished with new boards and guttering .
Now digging footings out for single storey extension we were going to do it with pilings but have dug down to solid rock so hope the LBC. Allows us to put in that 👍👍 save the client a few quid 😎👌

Wow been a busy first quarter to end of April nearly , plenty of jobs completed and lots more booked in 👍👍a nice big refurb job coming up with some design features we can do 👍👍 , so jobs done a small extension complete with kitchen at ecclesall, massive York stone driveway re pointed at Troway Hall, painting job at millhouses , a full multi cubicle shower room for scouts and guides at Thorpe hesley 👍👍👍

Good progress on the multiple w/c and shower project for Hesley guides house . All new bespoke cubicles on order , new non slip floor new boiler and a variety of cupboards to build 👍👍 also some digging out at Troway manor of the York stone drive way ready for new mortar pointing 👍

It’s been a great start to 2026 full on from the start ,continue the extension and kitchen job, finish the outhouse and lintel job before their re roof in spring , now on to a major job building and installing a multi cubicle bathroom

It’s been full On the last few weeks an extension started with piled foundations a classic summer house with cedar roof shingles and lead , 2 large bay windows to be refurbished in sheet lead , upper floor loft bedrooms extended into Eves with insulation and then plastered 👍 kitchen re furb almost finished 👍

A few more jobs coming together and looking good for the clients 👍 a bathroom and kitchen rip out and re fit at longley . Another kitchen fitted to the finished extension at hunters bar , a pergola roof re furb with very expensive cedar shingles and new leadwork, a double bay window top and bottom at ecclesall for full lead replacement and a refurb on a semi at bradway !! More work coming in ready for winter and spring in 26👍

Nice finish to a driveway and pillar with gates job , shot blasted the old gates and had them powder coated , new pillars built as the old ones were not salvageable and created a hard standing area with gravel grid panels which stop the decorative stone moving about when driven on , looks good and customer very happy 👍👍
