Another bathroom finished ✅

This one has had a full transformation from a completely stripped-out room to what you see now.

Really happy with how it’s come together — the green fitted furniture, stone-effect tiles and brushed bronze fittings all work really well together.

Full bathroom renovation including new shower, tiling, basin, toilet, fitted storage, LED mirror and towel radiator.

A lot of work has gone into this one, but definitely worth it when you see the finished result.

😡🤬I genuinely can’t believe I’m having to post this.

At 9:50pm tonight, after a full week of long days, I received what appeared to be a genuine emergency call-out.

I got back in the van and drove out believing somebody in Chesterfield urgently needed my help — only to arrive and discover that the address and emergency had been completely fabricated as a prank.

I work extremely hard throughout the week, often long days, and I make myself available late at night, early in the morning and at weekends because when somebody has a genuine plumbing emergency, I know how stressful it can be and how important it is to have someone answer the phone.

So to deliberately waste that time, send me out to a fake address and treat an emergency service like a joke is honestly disgusting.

It’s not just my time, fuel and money being wasted either. While I’m driving around attending a completely fabricated emergency, somebody with a burst pipe, serious leak or flooding property could genuinely be waiting for help.

The caller’s number, call recording and all details provided have been retained.

I’ll continue to offer a 24/7 emergency plumbing service across Chesterfield and do everything I can to help genuine customers when they need me.

But please remember — there is a real person at the other end of that emergency number, giving up their evenings, weekends and sleep to help people.

If you don’t genuinely need emergency help, don’t take that time away from somebody who does.

🚨 Another emergency leak isolated & made safe!

Called out to a leaking bathroom and arrived within 20 minutes.

Using our inspection camera, we quickly confirmed where the water was coming from — the flexible hoses underneath the bath had started leaking.

✅ Leak located
✅ Water isolated
✅ Property made safe
✅ All dealt with within the hour

Another customer saved from what could have turned into a much bigger water damage problem.

Definitely not how I expected Nathan the Plumber to get this much attention 😂

What’s surprised me most isn’t really the number of views though — it’s the amount of support that’s come from customers I’ve worked for over the years.

I genuinely cannot believe how many familiar names have appeared in the comments.

Some are customers I worked for recently, others are people I haven’t seen for years, but they still remember the work I did for them and are still happy to recommend Nathan the Plumber to other people.

When you’re busy working every day, going from one job to the next, you don’t really stop and think about how many homes you’ve worked in, how many people you’ve helped or how many customers have continued recommending you afterwards.

Seeing the response to this has genuinely put into perspective what I’ve managed to build over the years.

Nathan the Plumber has never been built through some big marketing campaign. It’s been built job by job, customer by customer, recommendation by recommendation.

And seeing so many people come forward completely off their own backs to share their experiences has probably meant more to me than the 96,000 views themselves.

One review doesn’t define a business — the overall experience of the people you’ve worked for does.

I’m not interested in dragging the original situation out any further. I’d much rather take the positive from it.

So to everyone who commented, messaged, shared the post or has continued to recommend Nathan the Plumber over the years — thank you.

It’s genuinely appreciated and it’s certainly made me realise just how far the business has come.

🚨 3:30AM EMERGENCY CALLOUT – McDonald’s 🍟🔧

McDonald’s had a bit of a McLeak in the early hours this morning… 💦

We were called out at around 3:30am after a fault on the commercial dishwasher water softener started leaking and flooding part of the restaurant.

The equipment had been isolated by staff before we arrived, so we carried out our checks, confirmed the fault, checked the associated valves and fittings and made sure everything was left safe and leak free.

Not quite the usual order at the drive-thru… but when a business has a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night, Nathan the Plumber is on call. 🔧
