Large front bedroom divided in two to make a small visitors room.

Complete new window opening and sash window with matching stone sil and head to stay in keeping with the 1865 Victorian style villa.

New stylish but sleek front composite door with numbered glass panel above supplied and fitted.

2 x radiators supplied by the client piped up and fitted by us.

All internals finished with matching Victorian doors/Ironmongery/skirtings/Architraves and trims.

We turned an unused external garage in to an office/gym and shower room.

We removed the garage door and fitted a small window on the front moving the entrance to the side optimising space and layout.

As per most garage conversions new fully insulated timber floor and walls constructed along with a fully insulated partition wall to separate the two rooms.

Fully insulated warm roof spec with an epdm (rubber) roof finish including facias and guttering.

If you’re wondering where the shower screen is we designed the shower with a small upstand to clean the dogs down after them long muddy walks.

Wifi radiators were also fitted to warm the place up before getting back off them winter walks.

Recently completed apartment bathroom for a repeat customer.

Plenty of lighting with there being no window, some on sensors for them middle of the night trips to the toilet.

Duel fuel towel radiator.
