A little spiking job carried out for this customer experiencing nuisance pigeons roosting and fouling on this covered area outside a bedroom which was also causing noise disturbance.
Defender Bird Spikes stainless spikes and gutter clips have been applied to prevent pigeons from roosting in this location.

Customer was having rat issues inside the property.
After the customer removed the decking a lintel was discovered over a soil pipe coming out of the extension wall.
We dug out the ground further and added wire mesh before using rapid setting sand & cement then back filling to prevent further ingress from rats.

We are starting to get calls with regards to wasps nests.

It is still very early for wasps and queen wasps are stating to emerge from hibernation and looking for somewhere to start building a nest.

Honey bees are being confused with wasps as they are already flying around.

We generally start treating wasps nests around mid may (weather depending).

It’s been a busy couple of days for us on this pigeon clearance job.
Before and after photos show 5 years worth of pigeon fouling removed from this derelict property along with a biocide treatment.
Entry points were located and sealed to prevent further pigeons gaining entry.
Builders can now access and turn this property into a home.

A block of flats reported holes appearing in the flower beds and asked me to take a look around the building.
Not only are the rats burrowing in the flower beds they have gained access into the building by gnawing these plastic air bricks.
The last man hole on the run and the shallowest was lifted and the exit out of the sewer was found via a hole and smear marks up the wall.
Full treatment is now underway.

Customer has been experiencing rat activity on and off for the last 4 years.
None of the previous companies had lifted the decking.
A quick look through the gaps in the decking showed a smoothed out area.
Lifted one board for a better look and bingo entry point located.
Full treatment now underway.
