🌳 Countryside Cottage 🌳

Lovely location on this property. Really brightened up and that old yellowing gloss is gone. Some areas of blown plaster and some damp to deal with to get ready for new occupants. That was after we evicted a large sitting tenant 🕷🕸

Ceilings and walls finished in a durable white matt
Bathroom finished in a light grey soft-sheen
Woodwork and windows finished in oil-based satin.

🖌 Full bathroom decoration done in a lovely period property in Cheltenham 🗝

Window and doors given a new lease of life and finished in traditional oil-based eggshell 🥚

Zinsser Perma-White used on ceiling and walls to help prevent any mould in future.

🆕️ Brand new kitchen 🤩

👷‍♂️ Lots of work to do after electrics were chased into the walls, some blown plaster and a big colour change 🟢

This room used to be the lounge, which has been relocated to the front of the house to make the most of the sunshine ☀️

Woodwork finished in Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Satin 🖌

The old kitchen to lounge makeover is our next project so keep your eyes peeled for that 👀🔜

🖌 Just a few fine details to finish off this super modern bathroom 🚿

Its the little touches that make a room 🧐 That crisp line onto the tiles is a must 👌

I love the variation in colours and textures of the tiles and the modern fixtures and fittings.

The installation and tiling was done by Lewis Tocknell 🤝
