Skills that make a difference!

As part of our ongoing social value commitment across the Hillingdon Council, the PFL team recently put their skills to work in Hayes, building and installing new sheds for a local facility supporting young people in the district.

"These sheds will provide much needed secure space for young people to store items such as their bicycles and scooters. We are delighted with the finished sheds and the positive impact they have had." - Hillingdon Council

It was a great opportunity to make a practical contribution that will provide a lasting benefit to those who use the space.

We’re delighted to announce that PFL Electrical has been appointed to Fusion21’s new Responsive Repairs & Void Property Framework, securing a place on Lot 2 – Void Property Improvements, covering London and the East of England. 👏

The four-year framework will provide opportunities to support public sector organisations with void property works and wider property improvement services.

This appointment is an exciting opportunity for PFL to build on our existing experience delivering refurbishment and improvement works across the social housing sector, while developing new relationships and supporting Fusion21 members throughout the region.

We’re looking forward to working with Fusion21 and its members and seeing what the next four years bring.

Social Value Initiative in Hillingdon 💙

Our team recently got hands-on with a community project at a Scout Hut within the Hillingdon Council district.

The work involved a major clearance of the site, removing old debris and unwanted items that had built up over time, as well as assembling trampolines and helping to make the outdoor space safer, tidier and more accessible for the local community.

A brilliant effort from the lads, who weren’t afraid to get stuck in and make a real difference. 👏

Most importantly, those involved were really pleased with what the team managed to accomplish.
