Please be aware that due to the cold weather we are experiencing a high volume of calls, and you may wait longer than usual to speak to one of our team. If your boiler has stopped working this may be due to a frozen condense pipe. This can be easily resolved without the need for an engineer.
How to safely thaw your condense pipe:
1. Look for an outdoor pipe connected to your boiler (usually white plastic connecting to an external drain)
2. If it is safe to do so, pour warm water (not boiling) along the pipe
3. Reset your boiler
