There looks to be some hot days coming up next week. If it gets too hot I will be adjusting my hours to make sure I don’t work in the heat too long.
It may come to it that I cut each job down slightly so I can still get round everyone but also get home out of the sun sooner.

Oscar has been doing a lot of fence painting this year to earn money.
He is free Saturdays at the moment but won’t be long before he is off for 6 weeks!
If you have a fence , shed or planters that need a refresh he is your man!

I have been extremely busy this past month and taken on a lot of lovely new customers and their gardens.
I don’t want to overstretch myself and not be able to offer the service I want so I am holding off taking on any more regular jobs for a few weeks until I can see how the new schedule works out.
I am also aware that on days like today - I won’t be working a full day due to the heat so want to make sure I still have some flexibility in my diary to rearrange things as needed.
As some of you are aware I have Sarah working with me on occasions and with the increase in work she is going to be working with me 1 day a week when we will be working in March. It will always be that we work together and not on separate jobs.
Where this takes place it means that the work will be completed in half the time so the price will always remain the same.
Finally …. Unfortunately I have had to make the decision to increase prices. With the cost of literally everything going up I can’t absorb that cost anymore. I will message everyone to let them know what that will be.

Moving forward only regular garden maintenance jobs will be an hourly rate. All other work like - lawn only jobs, hedges, trees etc will be quoted for individually.
The equipment needed and effort required on these jobs does not match that of garden maintenance.
All garden rubbish that is taken away will be charged for.
