I have to say that I find it disappointing when doing a BPCA/ Lantra rodenticide course online that you get 1 hour - which is 2 minutes per question, they kindly let you look at a guide - of course 2 minutes per questions gives no time whatsoever!

Then when my computer camera they failed me, so I have to pay £100 more to resit.

Strong internet connection- mine was upgraded 3 weeks ago!

I would interested to know if this happened to others? And they’ve wasted ££££

And yes I also failed because I rushed through it (10 minutes), as was worried about my camera freezing.

I have to say I am finding a few disappointments with BPCA.

The only answer was this…

Hi Daniel unfortunately, you failed the rodent exam, however your exam results would have been voided due to your camera being frozen throughout the exam. You will need to have a strong internet connection so that the camera does not freeze if you choose to resit the exam.

Kind regards

A reminder that farm assurance is no longer accepted as proof of competence when buying professional use rodenticides. To continue protecting your grain, feed and buildings, you’ll need CRRU approved rodenticide training or hire a professional pest controller.
