🔥 WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! 🔥
We haven’t posted much lately and, to be honest, it’s because we’ve been extremely busy! 💪
Here’s a job we were asked to carry out for one of our contractors, creating a level-access bathroom at the rear of this property to make life easier and more accessible for their tenant.
And honestly… everyone involved has absolutely pulled it out of the bag! 👏👏
What started as three small separate areas has been transformed into one fantastic, fully accessible bathroom — all completed within just 8 working days! 🤯
🔨 The works included:
• Removal of walls
• Installation of structural supports
• Removal and installation of a new wider internal door
• Removal of an existing door and blocking up ready for a new window
• Alterations to electrics
• Installation of all new pipework
• Boarding of the ceiling and full replaster
• Full installation of a level-access shower tray and drainage
• Full tiling of the shower area
• Installation of non-slip flooring
• Installation of a new toilet and sink
And the best part? The entire job was completed by our fantastic in-house team. 👏
The reason we’re able to complete projects like this so quickly, while maintaining such a high standard, is down to our dedicated, hardworking and skilled workforce. Every member of the team played their part and the end result speaks for itself.
