📸 KITCHEN PAINTING IN EPSOM! 🧑‍🎨🍳

We’ve just wrapped up the decoration on this kitchen transformation over in Epsom, working directly for the kitchen fitter to deliver a high-end finish for their client.

When a new kitchen gets installed, the prep work is everything. Here at Harman’s Painting (trading under Harman’s Property Maintenance Ltd), we stepped in to handle the prep and decoration to ensure a perfect handover:

🔹 The Prep: Once the old kitchen was ripped out by the fitting team, we filled all the exposed wall cable chases with bonding plaster.
🔹 The Repair: Filled and prepped all walls to create a perfectly smooth canvas, then painted the ceiling.
🔹 The Finish: We then returned once the fitter had installed the units to finish the walls using premium Farrow & Ball paint.

🛠️ Kitchen Fitters, Builders & Developers: Need a reliable, multi-skilled decorating subcontractor to handle your project prep, plaster skimming, and final handovers? We keep your installation schedules on track and ensure your craftsmanship is backed up by an immaculate paint finish.

🏡 Homeowners, Landlords & Care Homes: Whether you are working with an independent fitter or planning a direct home renovation, we look after you all. We proudly continue to carry out high-quality work across the region for:

Back at the Merstham job this week to give another room a proper freshen up and a full colour drench!

🎨We are keeping the same colours but giving the space a massive lift. The green is going right across the ceiling, coving, and walls, with that feature wall and the coving above it staying in the different colour to keep that contrast.

As always, the secret is all in the prep work. We’ve had a fair bit to sort out here, including a ceiling repair and plenty of cracks. Every single one has been racked out, flexi-filled, and smoothed over with fine filler so it looks brand new again.

Next up, the new floor is going down, then the new skirting boards, and finally we can get back to the painting. It’s going to look so sharp once it's done! 🏡🖌️

🎨 Kitchen makeover in progress!

We are over in Merstham, Redhill today, helping out a local kitchen fitter with some fresh paint.

We are doing a full colour drench on this one! We are painting the ceiling, coving, and walls all in Elephant's Breath. To top it off, we are doing the woodwork in a clean White Satin to make everything look super sharp.

No matter how big or small your project is, we love helping people transform their spaces.

🏡 Based in Carshalton, Sutton🚗 Happy to travel to all surrounding areas!

Fence repair completed today in Cheam, for a Sutton letting agency.

High winds and rotted timbers recently caused a major boundary failure at a rental property in Cheam. A heavy timber fence panel completely collapsed inward, crashing down right next to the tenant's outdoor seating area. Beyond losing all privacy, a fallen fence is a major security hazard and a liab...

Door, window and cupboard repairs in Sutton

When a tenant moves out of a rental property in Sutton, Carshalton, or across South London, the check-out report is rarely filled with major structural issues. Instead, it is usually a long list of small, frustrating maintenance faults: sticky windows, a loose cupboard door, or a broken blind. For l...
