Mill House renovation, wrapped up inside 🔥

A complete heating and plumbing install, from first fix pipework through to the final heating setup, 4 bathrooms, plant room and a full renewable set up.

Alongside Spire Renewables, we installed a Vaillant UK Heatpump with an underfloor heating, radiator and cooling zone.

The carefully designed set up enables cooling to all rooms through a heat recovery system during those warm summer days 👌🥶

The homeowner with our help gained a BUS Grant worth £7500!!

There’s been a lot going on behind the scenes here, with a proper full-house setup all tucked away behind a very smart finish.

Big renovation project down in Tenby coming together nicely 🔧

We’ve been on this one for a good while now, managing the full renovation as the property’s been completely transformed. Great to see it getting close to the finish line.
