🔨 New Workshop Build

A good bit of progress on this one!

We started by taking down and removing the old prefab garage, including the asbestos roof which was safely disposed of by the asbestos professionals.

With the old garage gone, we levelled the area out so the new workshop flows properly from the house, then rebuilt from scratch with a new flat roof.

Still a bit to go, with the windows and doors yet to arrive, but it’s really starting to come together now 👌

Commercial Flat Roofing Project Completed 🏢

More space. More light. Ready for a brand-new kitchen! ✨

This project was all about helping our customer make the most of their home before their new kitchen installation.

We carefully removed an unused chimney stack to create valuable extra space, giving them much more flexibility with the new kitchen layout and making the room feel noticeably larger and more open.

To complete the transformation, we installed a solar-powered VELUX roof window, flooding the kitchen with natural light and creating a bright, airy space without the need for additional wiring.

A fantastic transformation that will make all the difference when the new kitchen is fitted—we can’t wait to see the finished result!

🏡 Another Roof Brought Back to Life! 👏

This property had seen better days, with the original dormer windows suffering from rot and persistent leaks.

✅ Flat Roof Replacement!!

We carried out a full strip off of the existing flat roof, installed new 18mm OSB boards, followed by a torch-on underlay and torch-on mineral cap sheet for a clean, durable, and watertight finish. 💪
