Before vs After 🧱

Can't wait to get scaffolding down and finish up!

From start to finish 🙌

It’s been a pleasure to strip back years of old paint and cement wash and bring this lovely stonework back to life! 🧱

We’ve carefully repointed the stonework using lime mortar and reinstated some small, subtle reveals to finish it off.

A proper pleasure of a job from start to finish! 👌

Now, on to the next one…

(We do not own any of the music rights).

Just getting started... 🤏

Here’s the start of a restoration on the stonework at a lovely property in St Just.

As you can see, years of cement washing and paint have unfortunately covered up and killed the natural face of this beautiful stonework.
We’re carefully removing the cement and paint using a needle gun, taking our time to expose and preserve as much of the original stone as possible.

Once cleaned back, the stonework will be repointed using a traditional coarse sand and lime mortar, allowing the stone to breathe and bringing back the natural character of the building.

A lot of careful work involved, but it’ll be well worth it once the original stonework is back on show. 🧱🔨

lintel repairs completed. ✔️ pt 1

The customer desperately wanted to get back to using her old storage building, but unfortunately it had become unsafe and was in need of some serious attention.

We carried out two lintel repairs making the structure safe and secure once again.

Another job completed, and the customer can now finally make full use of her shed as she pleases!

It’s been a pleasure transforming this bathroom.

Removing the old bath and installing a brand-new thermostatic shower, shower tray, stunning marble paneling, and a sleek sliding shower enclosure.

The original bath installation was questionable, so some significant changes were needed. Within just two days, we completely stripped out the old setup and replaced it with a modern, high-quality shower that looks fantastic and functions perfectly.
Happy customer = Happy Croft common team! 💪🙌🚿🛁🧼🫧
