One of our latest lawn installations carried out on the 2 hottest days of the year 🥵. As long as the turf is laid quickly and watered sufficiently, you won't have a problem with the turf dying. The secret is to keep the turf moist on the pallet but allow good airflow, never cover it with a tarp as this creates a humid environment that leads to pallet burn. Keep it in the shade as much as possible and most importantly, get it unrolled and on the soil as quickly as possible. Start watering immediately!
