A little thinning project we have recently completed to encourage some new growth and natural regeneration in the wood to help get a varying age range of trees and boost biodiversity. Hopefully our efforts will benefit different flora and forna, increase biodiversity, create habitat for wildlife through leaving all brash on site and broaden the age range of trees.

A Harvesting job we have recently completed removing diseased Larch trees infected with Phytophthora to prevent the spread of the disease. The works included hand felling and processing all the timber, extraction with our small tractor and timber trailer and brash raking the sight with our mini digger and 5 finger grab.
