Progress Update ⚡

We’re pleased to be making great progress at Tully Street, where we are currently in the first fix stage of a new development for Salford City Council.

This project consists of 10 new apartments, and it’s fantastic to see things taking shape on site. Our team is working hard to ensure the highest standards are delivered at every stage of the installation on behalf of our contractor client.

It’s always rewarding to be part of projects that contribute to much-needed housing in the local community.
Looking forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses 👷‍♂️⚡

Coporate Cup 🏆

Back in April, our team had the pleasure of taking part in the Bury FC Corporate Cup at Gigg Lane ⚽

It was a fantastic day getting everyone involved, coming together as a team, and going up against other businesses across the construction industry.

We didn’t bring the trophy home this time but it’s all about taking part, building team spirit, and enjoying the day (with a bit of healthy competition thrown in!)

We’re really enjoying sponsoring and supporting our local club, and we’re looking forward to seeing what the upcoming season will bring for the mighty winners 🙌

Huge congratulations to the one and only Mr Pulse himself Ashley Kanes, who has only gone and won “Boss Man of the Year” at the Men in Business Awards 2026 last Saturday 👏

An achievement that couldn’t be more well deserved. His work ethic, determination and drive set the pace for the entire team, but what truly sets him apart is the balance he strikes. He leads with ambition while always showing genuine care, understanding and respect for the people around him.

A true inspiration to the whole team, and someone we’re all incredibly proud to work alongside.

New Project Alert🚨

We’re officially a quarter of the way into 2026, and we’re pleased to be starting another exciting project. Today marks the launch of a new site in Runcorn, delivering a 12‑apartment block for affordable homes.

We’re especially proud to be working with a client who has once again placed their trust in us, continuing a strong working relationship built on quality and reliability.

Projects like this play an important role in supporting local communities, and we’re looking forward to seeing this development take shape over the coming months.

Another Incredibly Busy Week for Pulse Electrix ⚡

Our teams both on site and in the office have been working flat out across the UK this week. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been up to 👇
🔌 29 New Apartments in Warrington
Our electricians have been completing on‑site works on behalf of a main contractor for a new development with Livv Housing Group. It’s great to support the delivery of safe, high‑quality homes in our local community.

🏗️ Nationwide Framework Maintenance
Teams have been supporting a main contractor across the UK with ongoing kitchen and bathroom upgrade works, starting at first fix stage.

🏘️ Keeping Tenants Safe Across the North West
We’ve been carrying out EICRs and remedial works to help ensure compliance and safety for tenants across the region.

💡 Supporting Bury Football Club
We continued our work upgrading the lighting at Bury FC. We’re proud sponsors, proud supporters and excited to be back again tomorrow.

📋 PAT Testing for Site Safety
Another team has been completing PAT testing within welfare cabins on an upcoming site to ensure everything is safe and compliant.

🏢 Our Office Team Have Been Just as Busy
Our office staff visited Blackpool for a supplier introduction to review a new roof‑mounting system on behalf of our sister company Pulse Renewables NW Ltd.
They also completed several site visits across Greater Manchester and Cheshire for potential new projects.
