What a difference a new set of oak doors can make! 👌
From dated glazed doors to a completely new oak finish — a real transformation. 🌳🔨
The frames, linings and architrave were all newly made and fitted in white American oak, giving the doorway a warm, high-quality finish while retaining a traditional feel.
The prefinished oak doors were then carefully fitted and hung, with the ironmongery fitted to complete the look.
The result is a clean, timeless finish that completely transforms the space and adds a real touch of quality to the property. All doors and frames were replaced 17 in total.

This staircase was given a complete makeover, replacing the dated timber balustrade with a beautiful contemporary oak staircase and glass balustrade.
The new design combines the warmth of natural oak with clear glass to create a much more open, modern and spacious feel, while still keeping the character of the original staircase.
A lot of care went into the fitting and finishing, including the oak handrail, newel post, spindles/rails and glass panels, all fitted neatly to give the staircase a clean, bespoke finish.

Bespoke Under-Stair Storage Unit
Designed and built a fully bespoke under-stair storage solution to maximise otherwise unused space while maintaining a clean, modern appearance.
The unit was manufactured to follow the exact pitch of the staircase and features multiple soft-close cupboard doors, providing generous concealed storage with a seamless fitted finish. Constructed from moisture-resistant MDF, all panels were accurately measured, cut, and installed to create consistent reveals and crisp shadow gaps throughout.
Every aspect of the project was completed with precision, from the custom framework and door alignment to the final fitting, ensuring the cabinetry integrates perfectly with the existing staircase and interior.

Carpentry works carried out to the exterior of the property, including the supply and installation of vertical timber cladding, finished in a modern dark stain. The cladding was installed with precise alignment and consistent spacing to ensure a durable, weather-resistant, and visually clean finish.
A bespoke external door installation was completed, with careful carpentry detailing around the opening to achieve a seamless fit with the timber cladding. All trims and junctions were cut and fixed accurately to maintain sharp lines and to allow for movement which does occur and a high-quality finish.
The project was completed using quality materials and professional carpentry techniques, delivering a modern exterior upgrade that enhances both appearance and longevity.

The cladding is thermowood radiata pine.

With a Carpenter who takes pride in his work the details speak for themselves. The 1st picture of the white door is just a door cut down but the door on the right is a beautiful oak door cut down in size to fit but made to look like all the other oak doors I recently fitted into the house. A little bit of time can create beautiful workmanship.
