What a transformation! 🏡

How different does this house look now it has new flush casement windows, a new door and the rendering painted.

Don’t you just love to see what things looked like before.

There was a great deal of work involved here as you can see when you ➡️ swipe across to the next picture.

An old conservatory was taken down, and a new extension built to create this space.
Brick slips and an Oak supporting truss were added to give that rustic look.

(Pictures are my own home which was an extensive renovation project)

🚪 New Oak doors for this customer 🚪

Replacing the old pine reclaimed doors was a must for this customer as none of the doors actually fitted properly and none had any privacy locks.

The Oak doors are much sturdier and much more practical.

Customer is very happy with the outcome.

This customer wanted to replace the old windows with black windows. They are already looking to replace the front door with yes you guessed it, a black one.

Moving a doorway over to allow for fitted wardrobes was the brief this week.

Sounds simple but involved a great deal of work.

• Knocking the existing concrete block
wall down.
• Adding a catnic and padstone for
support.
• Building a stud wall.
• Installing existing door frame and
door to new location.
• Plasterboarding.
• Adding skirting and architrave

What a difference a new front door can make to a home 🏠

This customer chose an Endurance composite door in anthracite grey with chrome hardware. It certainly brightens up the front of the house and with virtually no maintenance it has to be a winner.
