Broken patio doors, leaking taps, and holes in walls are just some of the jobs in the past week.
Just today we've fitted fence panels, replaced a kitchen tap, fixed two door handles, unblocked a sink, tightened up a loose tap and toilet seat, fit a mirror and towel holder, fixed a cordless vacuum holder to a wall and finished off by fitting an alarm activated door guard.💪👍

Not an aesthetically pleasing job but still one that needed to be completed with some thought. We carefully removed a section of flooring to expose the floorboards. We then removed a floorboard to locate the joist, check for any hidden pipework and to fit a metal bracket under the floor for the hoist to bolt into. We then replaced the flooring and bolted the hoist into the newly installed hidden metal bracket through the two back fixing points. We were then able to secure the front fixing point with 3 x 100mm wafer edge timber screws directly into the joist we'd located. Job done👍
In contrast, the last guys just screwed it into the floorboards and it ripped out of them and toppled over.
