🚛 HGV Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver Required
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking HGV Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver to join our team.
This is a varied role within our family-run business, where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ready-mix concrete to domestic, commercial, agricultural and construction customers throughout the local area.
Essential Requirements
•HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
•Valid Driver CPC qualification card.
•Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
•Good communication and customer service skills.
•Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
•Previous concrete mixer driving experience.
•Knowledge of ready-mix concrete products.
•Previous concrete industry experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right person who is willing to learn and has a positive attitude.
Duties Will Include
•Delivering ready-mix concrete safely and professionally.
•Carrying out daily vehicle walkaround checks.
•Washing down and maintaining the mixer vehicle.
•Assisting customers on site where required.
•Helping around the yard when not driving, including general housekeeping and supporting other members of the team.
•Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

Position Details
•Full-time / Part-time considered.
