We had a free day last week, so managed to fit in a new fence for a returning customer 😊 the existing fence was an old chain link style that had seen its day. So we replaced it with some fresh looking feather edge, leaving a clean maintenance free boarder with their neighbour.

This was a bathroom renovation we did a couple of weeks ago alongside the loft with our trusted plumber.The old one was in good condition still,but a little dated. So our customers opted for new wall panelling all round with a full width shower for convenience, complete with a all in one toilet and vanity.They were very happy with the results and so were we.

End of week 3. Il be honest, the extreme heat did a number on us this week under that tin 🥵 we battled on best we could with the help of the customer providing us with about 80 World Cup style hydration breaks throughout the days,but it naturally slowed things down a little bit.Still in a good place though as we concentrated on some of the fiddly bits,roof and bolts etc.Week 4 should wrap up most things externally and then we’re hoping to pocket through into the house, ready for the stairs 😊

End of week 2 on the dormer loft we’re doing 🙌🏻It was just me and jam roll (our apprentice) this week as James was on a bathroom fit out in hanham.Again we’re pleased overall with progress so far 💪 the final lay out to still be confirmed but we think it’s taking shape nicely.

Week 1 on the loft conversion complete.An we’re pretty please with the progress so far 😅 Lots of hu***ng and bumping and a slight design change but the floors pretty much there and the gable ends started ready to take the meaty ridge beam 💪 looking forward to week 2 🔨🪚🔩

We’re still alive! Not been posting lately due to a very busy few weeks 😅 renovating a lovely customers house throughout.Its kept us very occupied,but we’re now in a position where we can step away for a little while to start a loft.But more importantly give her a breather before we come back to build the new porch and complete all the finishing touches☺️ It’s been a thoroughly enjoyable job and the customer has been a fantastic host 🙌🏻 here’s a few photos of the progress so far!
