✨ Another full downstairs transformation completed ✨
We’ve recently finished a stunning downstairs refurbishment, completely modernising and improving the space from top to bottom whilst incorporating some existing furniture.

🔨 Work completed included:
• Full kitchen installation
• Glass roof system installation
• 3m bifold doors
• Creation of a new downstairs toilet
• Bespoke 3-piece joinery set
• Understairs storage solution
• New front door fitted
• Floor tiling throughout
• Full redecoration
The combination of natural light from the glass roof and the opening bifold doors has completely transformed the feel of this home — creating a bright, modern, open-plan living space ready for family life and entertaining.

Busy start to the year for us, so we haven’t had much time to get our recent projects up on here — but we’re kicking things off with this one 🤩

A recent knockthrough, full kitchen installation, and herringbone flooring fitted throughout. The transformation on this one really opened the space up and gave the whole area a fresh, modern feel.

✅ Knockthrough from single to double opening
✅ Floating hardwood deck installed on the roof
✅ Custom timber slat fencing for privacy and style
We designed and built the decking system to float above the roof structure — no penetrations, fully weatherproof, and built to last. The end result: a smart, usable outdoor space for our client with a clean, modern finish.
