Transforming Limbs & Things' HQ
We've completed a £2.2 million refurbishment that turned two warehouses into a unified logistics, manufacturing and operational hub. Highlights include a dedicated goods-in facility linked via a custom bridge with a heavy-duty goods lift, and a state-of-the-art manufacturing space with a mezzanine. The investment expands their manufacturing footprint by 50% to around 59,000 sq ft and increases production capacity by 70%. It also boosts warehouse capacity by 70% and helps them scale production, reduce lead times and improve inventory management.
