🔥Another system conversion in Yate this week 🔥

We’ve recently converted an existing vented heating and hot water system to a modern, sealed combi system, upgrading from a Vaillant 424 to a Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 836 combi boiler.

The conversion involved removing the old system components and upgrading the setup to provide on-demand heating and hot water, without the need for loft tanks or a separate hot water cylinder.

* Supply and installation of a Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 836 combi boiler
* Conversion from a vented to a sealed heating system
* Removal of redundant tanks and pipework
* Installation of an EPH CP4i smart thermostat for improved heating control
* System flushing, testing and commissioning

Another home upgraded with a modern heating system, giving the customer reliable heating, hot water and smarter control over their comfort.

We recently helped a customer improve the safety and accessibility of their bathroom by removing a 1700mm bath.

In its place, we installed:

•1700mm low-profile shower tray
•White Aqua Panels for a modern, low-maintenance finish.
•Instinct shower with riser rail.
•Instinct 1700mm shower enclosure.

🔥 Heating system conversion in Frampton Cotterell 🔥

This one was an old back boiler and open-vented heating system, which we’ve now converted over to a Vaillant ecoTEC Pro 24kW sealed system.

The main aim was to bring the heating system up to date and give the customer better control, improved efficiency and a more reliable setup going forward.

The work included:

• New Vaillant ecoTEC Pro 24kW boiler
• New external to internal gas run
• New vertical flue
• All new copper heating flow and return pipework
• Chemical and mains flush of the existing heating system
• EPH CP4 wireless thermostat
• Full testing and commissioning

The old open-vented system has now been replaced with a much more modern setup, with the wireless thermostat giving the customer simple control over the heating from inside the property.

Another job completed from start to finish, leaving the customer with a cleaner, more modern and easier-to-control heating system.

Boiler replacement

Another boiler installation completed in Whitchurch, Bristol

This job included:
•Vaillant ecoTEC plus 832 combi boiler (10 years guarantee)
• EPH CP4 V2 heating controls
• Full chemical & mains flush of the heating system using Sentinel X800
• New 28mm gas main installed internally from the gas meter directly to the boiler
• System tested, commissioned and left running efficiently

A great upgrade to give the customer improved heating performance, hot water and peace of mind going into the colder months.

🛁Bath to shower retro fit in Winterbourne 🛁

We recently helped a customer improve the safety and accessibility of their bathroom by removing an old 1700mm cast iron bath that had become difficult to use due to mobility issues.

In its place, we installed:

•1700mm low-profile shower tray
•White Marble Aqua Panels for a modern, low-maintenance finish.
•Fold-down shower seat.
•Grab rails positioned to suit the customer’s needs.
•Bristan shower with riser rail.
•Bristan pillar taps.
•8mm wet room panel with 100mm deflector panel.

To complete the job, we also replaced a pair of stiff, difficult-to-use pillar taps and repaired leaks on the toilet, leaving everything working perfectly.
