Here’s a recent boiler swop in a loft that was completed.
I had to build a safe working platform first to allow easier access and to help with forward maintenance.

Old plastic pipes were chopped back and copper pipe neatly clipped to plywood, fully lagged and good to go.

10 years parts and labour on this one.

Out with the old, in with the efficient 🔥

We recently replaced an outdated Worcester boiler, giving this system a fresh start from top to bottom. The old unit was removed, pipework cut back and neatly clipped, and the cupboard brightened up with a clean coat of paint for a tidy finish.

A full chemical powerflush was also carried out, removing heavy black sludge from the system — restoring radiator performance and helping to reduce energy bills.

A recent landlord safety check uncovered a dangerous boiler. ⚠️ ‼️

The flue collector had split, emitting toxic fumes into the boiler. This boiler had to be immediately condemned.

Another professional job undertaken.

Always going the extra mile!

This customer had moved into a house where it appeared as if the boiler had literally been ‘thrown on the wall’!
The loft itself was left in a mess and access to the boiler was extremely challenging and unsafe.

A good quality loft hatch with ladders were installed as well as loft boards with 200mm of insulation under them. Two bright LED strips lights were also installed.

A hand rail was also built to allow easier access for the customer. A much safer solution provided by us.

Customer was over the moon!

A top of the range Vaillant boiler installed and a false floor built in the cupboard to hide the pipes and utilise the space- oh and not forgetting a full system chemical powerflush (that was very much needed)
