The biggest and most costly mistake homeowners make when choosing render is picking a material that traps moisture inside the walls.

Cement render can look attractive at first and is a cheaper alternative, but on many older or traditional properties it can cause cracks, damp issues, and expensive repairs long term.

Another project is underway for Churchill & Sons. 🏡

We've currently got 5 active projects we're working on (as British weather allows!) and we're so excited to show you the results very soon.

We are pleased to have started this beautiful home in Kewstoke, near Weston-super-Mare. 💚

The works will include repairs to the chimney, and the application of several coats of traditional lime paint to the end gable wall -helping to protect the property while preserving its character and appearance.

With older traditional homes, we work extremely hard to ensure we maximise the potential of keeping the original character of the property, by using top quality products during the project.

We look forward to sharing the progress along the way.

We will also have some before-and-after photos from recently completed projects coming soon. 👀

Great progress has been made so far on this beautiful property in Iron Acton, Bristol.

✅ Cement render fully removed
✅ Walls left to dry out properly (this stage cannot be skipped!)
✅ 3 lintels replaced
✅ 4 tonnes of lime base coat applied

The project is now ready for the next stage, and we’re looking forward to seeing the transformation continue and sharing the results 💚

*Key to note: Using lime render allows the property to breathe naturally, while maintaining the traditional character of the home.
