Really happy to finally get this one over the line after a lot of work behind the scenes.

Big plans for the site, including bringing the Giant Goram back to life and delivering new homes alongside it.

A massive step forward and now we can start looking towards getting the project moving. 🏗️🍻

The Giant Goram – Bristol

Exciting project we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

The old Giant Goram pub has been sat empty for years after closing back in 2019. Instead of letting the site fall further into decline, the plan is to bring it back to life while creating much-needed housing for the area.

The proposal keeps the ground floor pub space so it can return as a community hub, with 3 new houses and 6 apartments built around it. 

The scheme is designed to sit naturally within the street scene while making better use of the land and improving the site overall.

• 3 x three-bed houses
• 6 x apartments
• Retained public house space
• New landscaping and parking
• Sustainable design with PV panels and air source heat pumps 

Projects like this are about reviving sites that have been left behind and turning them into something positive for the community.
