DID YOU KNOW? 🛑📋
By law, every single construction company in the UK is legally required to register with the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) and submit an annual declaration of their workforce.
It’s not an optional club—under the Industrial Training Act, it is a strict legal requirement. 🏛️
The reality? A lot of builders out there skip the paperwork, ignore the letters, or don't even know it exists.
But running a professional construction outfit means doing things properly—both on-site and in the office. As a Director, it’s my duty to ensure M Jupp Construction Ltd is 100% compliant with the rules. We’ve just submitted our annual return, keeping our legal boxes ticked. 📝✔️
But we don't just stop at the bare legal minimum... 🚀
We are also proud to share that I have just been officially accepted onto the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) Experienced Practitioner Pathway, moving M Jupp Construction Ltd toward full Chartered Building Company status! 📜🤝
When you hire a builder, you aren't just paying for bricks and timber—you're paying for the professional standards behind them. Following our recent successful quality inspection by the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and our new CIOB journey, this is just another way we make sure we stand out from the crowd. 🥇
