Before the tools even touch the ground at 8:00 AM, the standard is set. 🦺💼
We have 5 different projects running across Sussex today—from structural joinery to slab laying. With a crew split across multiple sites, organisation is everything.
Being a certified Constructionline Gold contractor means health and safety isn’t a box-ticking exercise for us; it’s the backbone of how we run our company. Every project gets site-specific RAMS, and we kicked off this morning with a company-wide Friday Toolbox Talk on site safety and housekeeping to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Why just block up a window when you can create a piece of art? 🔨🧱
The house we are working on at the moment has so much historic character, we couldn't just fill this opening with standard courses. Instead, the team spent the time precision-cutting slips to create this striking herringbone panel framed by a soldier course border.
It took a serious amount of patience, skill, and old-school craftsmanship to line up those angles perfectly, but the result speaks for itself.

"If It Looks Wrong, It's Right"

Our new guy’s first assignment: The "Perfectly Wonky" Walkway. 🤪🚫

We sent our new team member out and said, "make a path, but make it interesting." He absolutely nailed the brief!

Look at the outstanding precision in these steps. Yes, they look "wonky" and irregular—because they are meant to be! The real skill here is in getting those clean, precise geometric cuts to line up perfectly against an intentionally irregular flow.

It’s an art form to make "haphazard" look this intentional and sharp. This is what we mean when we say we bring obsessive attention to detail to every dream garden.

Due to a massive pipeline of high-spec projects for 2026, we are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Brighton & Hove. We need someone versatile who takes pride in a clean, professional finish.

What we’re looking for:

1st & 2nd Fix Specialist: Comfortable with everything from pitching roofs to hanging doors.

Kitchen & Internal Fits: Experience fitting high-end kitchens and bespoke joinery.

Drylining & Boarding: We need someone happy to get stuck into plasterboarding and preparing spaces for the plastering team.

Team Player: You’ll be joining a solid group of lads. We need someone reliable who fits the culture and works well with others.

The Essentials:
