What started out as a dated conservatory has been completely rebuilt into a much more usable extra room. It’s added a much better living space to the property, with plenty of natural light. It’s also the sort of improvement that can add real value to a property.

A new driveway, along with paths, a patio off the back of the property and edging all the way around.

Rather than bringing in all new materials, we were able to make use of the stone already at the property. A lot of it was used on the extension itself, but there was still enough left to form these steps up onto the lawn, as well as the full wall around the outdoor living space.

Exposed oak beams, stonework and plenty of natural light coming through. A lot of work went into getting all the little details right on this one, so it was great to go back a year later and see how it’s all come together now they’re properly settled in.

A little detail we’ve added into the internal stonework on this one. We’ve incorporated a few fossils into the wall, which felt pretty fitting being only 15 minutes from the Jurassic Coast. So nice to be able to give the stonework a bit of local character.

An update on this extension in Beaminster. Still looking very much like a building site at the moment, but it’s really starting to take shape. This is going to be a cracking addition to the property once it’s all finished 🙌

Due to high workload, we have had to take on extra staff. Introducing Gerry, he’s fast, ferocious and loves his tea with 10 sugars and loves sharks. Then we have Evie, don’t be fooled by her lovely face and feminine ways. She can certainly mix in with the hardest of people.
