As our Ranger service enters its fourth year, Edward and Grace have joined existing rangers Josh and Helen, helping visitors enjoy some of Scotland's most popular reservoir sites safely and responsibly throughout the summer.

Our Rangers provide advice, support local communities, help protect the environment and promote important water safety messages at reservoir sites across the country.

There's a busy 12 weeks ahead, with interns joining teams right across the business. From time on site with water sampling teams to lab work in microbiology, and roles in legal, chemistry and net zero data science (and more!), they’ll get a hands-on insight into the huge variety of careers behind the services we provide every day across .

Pleased to see our Remote Diagnosis - Triage team recognised as Frontline Team of the Year at the Scottish Contact Centre Awards!

Behind the scenes, the team supports customers across Scotland every day - using digital tools and expertise to resolve issues quickly, reduce unnecessary travel and help keep essential services running.

Their digital-first approach is delivering clear benefits:
- Over 15,000 customer jobs triaged in 2025
- More than 6,400 issues resolved remotely
- £400k+ saved by avoiding unnecessary site visits
- A reduction of over 60,000kg of CO₂ emissions
- Around 12% of issues resolved within three hours of first contact
