Two important deadlines are approaching:

📅 1 November 2026 – the transitional electrical inspection deadline for existing social housing tenancies
📅 30 November 2026 – Awaab’s Law Phase 2 extends significant-hazard requirements to include electrical hazards

🦸‍♀️ Not all superheroes wear capes… ours works in HR!

Our lovely HR Manager Kay received this thoughtful gift from one of our apprentices after she pulled out all the stops to help get him onto the course he needed at the very last minute.

A little thank you that meant a lot. ❤️

Kay is always working behind the scenes to support our team, and it’s lovely to see that support being appreciated.

GIVING BACK

We’re proud to work with Housing 21 and to support the residents and team at Shearman Court Care Home.

Shearmon Court recently held a fundraising day, and CB Services Group were delighted to donate a 43” TV to the raffle.

Even better, the TV was won by one of the lovely residents!

It was a small way for us to give something back to a community we’re proud to work with and support.

A big well done to everyone involved in the fundraising day — and congratulations to the lucky winner Charles 🫶🏼
