small tight job but something that needed doing. patio lifted well x3 patios on top of each other 🫣
that was above the dpc on the rear of this property causing internal damp to the property, all taken out along with alot of clay.
then Stoned back up with new drainage that works aco drains along the property and a land drain on the back side of the patio.
all built to the correct levels now sitting 6" lower then the damp proof course and finished with some new buff 600x900 indian stone flags

porcelain patio installed. a little different one this 1.
flush to the house and level. it's rolls off on the last corse due to a pergola being installed with glass doors ect.
also x4 concrete pads installed for the pergola legs hence why the drainage and downpipe has been rerouted to the side of the property

Another job nearly over the line. Just waiting on the perspex roof for the pergola.
Complete garden dig out moving around 20 tons back and forth the create the levels. Decking and pergola installed to really open up the back space. Then some planters down each side of the garden and plenty of fresh green life in the centre on the garden. Followed off with a beautiful buff patio outside the patio doors. This garden really does have a new lease of life 😁

Little job done beginning of this week. Grey indian sandstone new topsoil and turf with a sleeper planter along the rear. All what the customer asked for. Little job done in baildon. Buff indian sandstone patio and x2 sets of steps, a ramp. Traditional pointing with sand and cement as customer requested. Back in a few week to fit some custome gates we have had made for the side entrance

Quick little job again in the baildon area. Complete dig out and level of the garden removing just over 8 tons. Then build up of 12ich of top soil 😲 finished with premium turf. And a new indian stone pathway leading from the decking to the office. And a new fence and gate separating the front and rear garden.
