Root Removal Completed in Dwyran 🌳
A recent job completed in Dwyran where tree roots had infiltrated the drainage system, causing restrictions and reducing flow.

For this one, we brought out all the toys! Using our Mini Miller chain flail alongside high-pressure water jetting, we made light work of the root ingress and restored the line back to full flow.

Following the root cutting works, a CCTV inspection was carried out to confirm the line was clear and flowing correctly. Everything is now running as it should, and we've discussed ongoing maintenance with the customer to help keep the drains in good condition and prevent future issues.

Great views from this property in Llanfaethlu! 🌅

We were recently called out to carry out a pre-purchase drainage survey and septic tank inspection for prospective buyers.
Our fully graded homebuyer drainage reports help identify hidden defects before purchase, including structural issues, root ingress, displaced joints, blockages, and drainage compliance concerns. Another tricky one completed in Llangristiolus, Anglesey 👌
We were called out after multiple sets of drain rods became detached and disappeared down the line towards the septic tank. Retrieval wasn’t straightforward due to difficult access throughout. The inspection chamber had an immediate bend, so the only remaining option was through the septic tank drop pipe itself.
To make things even more awkward, the septic tank lid covered nearly half of the inlet pipe, leaving very limited room to work with.
Using our new Picote Grabber, we successfully managed to recover both sets of rods without any excavation 💪

Tricky blockage in Felinheli today.

The initial blockage in the chamber cleared without too much fuss, but with an incoming connections joining blind and still holding back, this one took a bit more grit and determination to get fully sorted.

We stuck with it, traced the issue, and got the line flowing properly again.

🚽 BLOCKAGE WITH A TWIST 👓
Called to a stubborn blockage getting worse over a couple of weeks.
Customer mentioned they’d lost their glasses after a heavy night 🍻🤮…
After some investigation with our CCTV looksee it revealed the truth 👇
Glasses lodged in the pipe causing a full blockage.
Removed, cleared, and flow restored 💪

Customer chose to replace the glasses…
(We did offer to wash them and return 😂)

Job Complete – ACO Drain Clearance
Early hours job clearing ACO forecourt drains packed with compacted sand and silt at a busy garage. A challenging few hours utilising both our Rioned trailer jetter and van pack unit for maximum water flow and jetting power, with Ardudwy Drainage lending a hand. 💪👌
All works completed out of hours to minimise disruption to the business, with the drainage now flowing as it should.
