A walk-in cupboard transformed into a useful utility room!

Skimmed with plaster, some additional plugs added, then painted with durable paint. New lighting fitted, a ceiling mounted clothes airer, some kitchen units & worktop fitted, with new skirtings & karndean lvt flooring to finish the job.

When you discover that the tree roots have gotten into the drain.

Nothing else for it - tree stump & roots carefully dug out by hand, preserving the original clay pipework. New collar fitted within a riser & set in concrete, ready for the new drain when the landscaping gets done.

New lights, skirtings & woodpecker lvt flooring finished the job off beautifully!

Stud wall created with built in pocket door. Plastered, skimmed then painted.

Inside plastered (with built in alcoves), skimmed & painted. Floor & shower area tiled & grouted, before fitting of bathroom units. Lighting & powerful extractor fan fitted within false ceiling.
