On this job the customer supplied the wallpaper and I came and fitted it and I supplied and fitted a new skirting
Cut around the tv bracket so didn’t have to take down tv

An old fire surround was removed

Took out old built in wardrobe because of damp and it was too bulky. Created cupboard for boiler. Took old floor and skirting up. Fitted new architrave and skirting. Added two new sockets. Filled and made good where wardrobe used to be. Boxed in pipes.

Ready for decorating and have carpet fitted

Finished this job this morning

- Moved and fitted larger loft ladder with pull down ladder
- Cladded the ceiling and trimmed
- took up old and fitted new underlay and fitted new floor
- fitted pvc skirting
- fitted new brighter lights supplied and fitted in attic
- new silver thresholds supplied and fitted
- 2 new upvc window sills

Customer is over the moon with the work

Another bathroom completed
As much as customer wanted me to do

Customer ripped out a lot of it before I came to save money and time

I’ve levelled and reinforced floor for tiling
Created a wall in shower area
Cladded walls
Made shelves in corner
Fitted new sink and toilet units
Moved and adjusted pipe for radiator
Trimmed and siliconed
Larger extractor fan fitted

Ceiling being plastered this week and customer is sorting out lights and coving

Customer is over the moon with the changes so far

Taken off damaged plasterboard around bay. Insulated bottom and framed. Top has timber going across to strengthen and joists. Plasterboard trimmed and filled. Plastic trims around window. New windowsills created and fitted. Old carpet taken up. Self levelled and fitted LVT flooring. Higher skirting boards fitted and cut around curve. Customer going to sand and finish off plasterboard and decorate

Panelled a hall stairs and landing with beading. Plus dado rail. Filled and caulked, ready to paint.
