Downstairs toilet stripped out and refitted with tiles supplied by customer. New units provided for plenty of storage. Cladded ceiling. Relocated hot and cold pipes so they are in the wall. Took out thermal block skin wall (now an internal wall)and fitted lintels so toilet could be moved back further. Gave option for storage nook. Moved radiator and boxed pipes in. All grouted and silicone.
