Upstairs in a house with almost no signs it was there boiler was losing pressure in under 5mins and the water was tracking down the inside wall to underneath the ground floor

Call out to a burst hot water tank in a top floor flat that had no stop tap !!!! Folded flexi and qu**ky capped it !

Customer needed this cold water pipe digging up and capping under the floor level And As I found out after using the new...

Customer needed this cold water pipe digging up and capping under the floor level

And As I found out after using the new stop tap to isolate water ….this pipe use to be fed from the old mains to the house before the new stop tap and would only turn off in the ally behind the house ⛏️🔧🚰
