Lytham Saint Anne's loft storage install, this one completed over 3 days.

369ft² of raised loft boarding on a 4x2 timber subframe ✅️

New PVC hatch ✅️

2x LED lights with pull switch ✅️

Removal of old boarding ✅️

18m² of insulation top up ✅️

When moving into there new home after downsizing this customer used there loft to store their belongings by laying boards onto the insulation and storing on them. This resulted in squashed Insulation and alot of unwanted weight on their ceiling joist, but not anymore! They can now utilise and organise their new, safe, practical and energy efficient loft and maximise its potential 👌!

After completing a neighbours fence earlier in the year we were called upon by this customer to mirror the fence around their garden, we were happy to oblige 👍.

The other half drew up a rough sketch and I had to deliver! We are both buzzing with the outcome and have now ticked another project off the to do list ✅️.

Over to her now for the final touch with the painting.

This customer made contact after deciding they needed something safer and more practical to enter their loft space, so that is what we did 👍

After completing her daughter's loft storage and new hatch this customer decided she also wanted easy loft access, so that is what we did 👌
