Had to squeeze this one in to let some other work get underway for a customer. 3m high corner wardrobe and upper storage internals made in oak veneered mdf. Doors end panels and cornice to come in phase 2 but for now the customer has loads of storage space to fill with various handy pullout and pull down options. space

Job completed, originally asked to replace the bath with a shower and tile above it but the previous install was so bad half the rest of the tiles in the room literally fell off the wall. Now all fixed with added long niche and lighting and ready for use for years to come.

Something to inspire you to get up-cycling using reclaimed timber?

D. Stewart Bathrooms (aka David) made this beautiful round kitchen table using reclaimed oak church pew components. How amazing is this?

We've always got a bunch of rather ugly looking church pew components available in the timber yard which are absolutely screaming out for a project like this. It's incredible to see the transformation after a bit of sanding and a refinish. Never EVER disregard reclaimed timber just because it looks a bit shabby!

Recently completed hall.
Bathrooms may take up the main bulk of our workload but bespoke furniture and projects that require a lot of detail and design elements are our passion. In October we completed the majority of this hall which included a large understairs storage unit along with wall panelling, a stained glass light feature fully decorated and a sunken mat area with hatch all included. The original plan had been to build a bespoke monks bench shoe storage/coat rack/seating area but having picked up some solid oak hand carved churches ends a few years ago this was just too good an opportunity not to use them. Over the last 5 months we have been chipping away at the design and build trying to use reclaimed and sustainable materials where possible. Even the alarm cover/key box is made from the flooring removed where the mat now is. We love projects like this and also great clients who are happy to work with us having faith in our vision and design abilities even when they can take a bit of time to complete (several design changes and late night workshop alterations were made)
The final product is hopefully worth the wait.
