🏇 AI Joinery & Shopfitting Ltd – Races Day Out 🏇

On Friday, I had the pleasure of taking some of the AI Joinery team out to the races for a well-deserved day out.

Unfortunately, it was only around half the squad this time, with some of the lads working and living further down the country and others having commitments — but there’ll definitely be another one!

In business, we always talk about looking after our clients, and of course that’s massively important. But just as important is looking after the people who work for you.

Your workforce is what makes the business. They’re the ones putting the hours in, working away from home, dealing with tight programmes, early starts, late finishes and getting the jobs over the line.

So this one was for the lads. 🍻

A massive thank you to the whole AI Joinery team for the continued hard work and commitment. It never goes unnoticed, and the day out was thoroughly deserved.

We’ve got a great squad of lads and I’m proud of what we’re building together.

✨ ANOTHER EXCEPTIONAL PROJECT DELIVERED ✨

Extremely proud to have completed this prestigious, high-end project for a very VIP client.

The project included bespoke architectural bulkheads, a luxury bar installation, cook area, reception area, pocket doors, fire doors installed and certified through AI Joinery / BM TRADA, detailed skirting and architraves, along with bespoke stages designed, built and installed by our team.

The finished result speaks for itself — but what went on behind the scenes deserves just as much recognition.

A massive thank you to the AI Joinery team and management for the unbelievable commitment that went into delivering this project. Endless days, late nights, weekends, double shifts and long hours — everyone pulled together and did whatever was needed to achieve the standard we expect.

That dedication paid off. The client was absolutely over the moon with the finished project and gave the whole team a massive thank you for everything we delivered.

Projects at this level aren’t achieved by one person. They’re achieved by a team that takes pride in its work, backs each other and refuses to compromise on quality.

AI joinery have just completed another successful project for a housing provider within an over 55s housing scheme.

Works completed included:
• Installation of new GRP Flex balcony floor system
• Metalwork modifications to handrails to ensure compliance with current requirements
• Installation of external Tudor-style panelling
• New ridge system installed to the external roof and all new guttering
• Fire stopping works to cupboards
• Fire stopping works to soffits
• Safe asbestos removal

This scheme was successfully managed from start to finish by AI Joinery & Shopfitting Ltd, with all works carried out by our in-house team. All fire stopping works were completed by AI Joinery & Shopfitting Ltd to the highest standards of compliance and safety.

A strong and positive start to the new financial year for AI Joinery and Shopfitting Limited.

We are pleased to have secured a full drylining package for a local council, supporting the delivery of quality homes for the community 🏗️

In addition, we have been awarded a full joinery and fire door package with a tier one contractor at an RAF base 🔧🚪

We have also secured a kitchen fitting framework scheme for council housing, running over the next two years 🏡

Finally, we are excited to be delivering a bespoke joinery , joinery and fire door package for a very VIP client — a project we are particularly looking forward to sharing as it progresses 👀
