Today marks 3 years in business for us, and what a journey it has been. 🎉

As two female directors running a construction training company, there have been plenty of challenges along the way — balancing work, children, school runs, appointments, after-school lessons, classes, and everything else life throws at us.

There have been long days, late nights, and moments where the work-life balance felt impossible, but through determination, hard work, and a shared vision, we’ve continued to build something we are incredibly proud of.
Watching Trusted grow over the last three years has been so rewarding. From where we started to where we are now, we’ve continued to learn, improve, and push ourselves to create the best possible training company for our learners and clients.
