The summer holidays are always a busy time for plant room upgrades, giving schools the chance to carry out essential works without disrupting learning.
In this example from one of our typical projects, Lord Combustion replaced six ageing, inefficient boilers at a Walsall primary school with a cascade of six new condensing, modulating boilers, alongside new flues, pumps with variable speed drives and BMS controls.
The result is improved efficiency, closer matching of output to demand and greater resilience should any single unit fail - a great example of why keeping plant rooms up to date matters.
