Project Complete | Office-to-SEND School

We have completed the transformation of an existing office building into a purpose-designed, two-storey SEND school accommodating 120 pupils, with capacity for up to 90 staff and 10 visitors.

The new school includes 24 classrooms, dedicated KS1 and KS2 areas, specialist teaching spaces, an ICT suite, sensory room, science laboratory, multi-use hall and fully accessible facilities.

Externally, it features a MUGA, outdoor learning spaces and secure playgrounds specifically designed for children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Works are now underway on our latest project in Wigston, Leicester.

This exciting development will see the construction of a brand new 86 bedroom care home, alongside the careful refurbishment and restoration of the Grade II listed Bushloe House, preserving its historic character while bringing it back to life.

We’re proud to be combining modern construction with heritage restoration to create a high-quality environment for future residents while protecting an important part of the area’s history.

Our 81-bedroom care home in Lichfield continues to progress at pace, with roof works now underway and landscaping beginning to transform the external areas. 👷‍♂️🏗️🌿

Today we proudly handed over the Bilbrook Project in Wolverhampton — a stunning new build 80-bed care home.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering this beautiful project. From the initial design through to completion, this has been a fantastic team effort and we are incredibly proud of the finished result.

Well done to all involved, and we wish the future residents and staff every happiness in their new home.
