📍 BROAD LANE, TANWORTH-IN-ARDEN

A new Cactus project underway. 🌵

We’ll be transforming the existing dormer bungalow into a four-bedroom detached luxury home, with significant changes both inside and out.

Site set-up complete, work has started and we’re looking forward to seeing this one take shape over the coming months.

Plenty happening on this one, so we’ll share the progress and design process as we go. 👀

Another solid week of progress on our Kings Heath extension. 👷‍♂️

The footings are now all dug out, and Damian and his team have been on site getting us all the way up to DPC level. Great work as always. 👏

Next up, we’ll be getting the floor prepared and the concrete poured, which is another big milestone before we start seeing the structure really take shape.

It’s always satisfying seeing a project move from groundwork into something that starts to resemble a home extension.

More updates to come as we keep the project moving. 🏡
