From sad stable roof....to happy stable roof! Complete strip of old onduline, new metal roof installed, all old nails collected, new marine ply liner inside and gutters re attached. Still cheaper than buying a new one as not used for horses anymore, so this will keep it going another 20 years at least.

Spend a lovely few freezing days peeling frozen metal gate apart, waiting a lifetime for machines to warm up and finding that metal tools were literally freezing to anything they touched. WSCC mandated kissing gates, better for dog walkers and no danger of slipping off slippery stiles. all old fixings removed and holes filled in. Proper job.
