Orders are being prepared at BA Joinery HQ, ready to head out to one of our latest projects. Every component is carefully packaged and labelled before leaving our workshop, making sure everything arrives on site ready for the next stage, installation.

Congratulations to Paul Dolan and Richard Wass, who have both recently completed and passed their Mental Health First Aider training.

Working within our factory team, Paul and Richard are now better equipped to recognise when someone may need support, start a conversation and help signpost colleagues towards the right resources.

It’s another important step in continuing to strengthen the support available across BA Joinery and ensuring health, safety and wellbeing remain a priority throughout the business.

Our edge banding machine plays an important role in the manufacturing process at BA Joinery, applying edging to panel components to create a clean, consistent and accurate finish.

With the ability to process different edging materials and finishes, the technology helps increase efficiency across the factory while maintaining the attention to detail required for every component we manufacture.

It’s another example of how we combine advanced machinery with the knowledge and experience of our production team to deliver consistent quality across every project.

Here, adhesive is applied evenly across the panel before the materials are bonded together, helping create a consistent, durable finish ready for the next stage of manufacture.

It’s one of the many processes happening every day across our 40,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, combining the experience of our team with the equipment needed to deliver quality consistently.

Using digital models, the CNC cuts and processes raw sheet material with precision, while the vacuum lifting system helps our team safely handle, position and move larger components throughout the process.

Starting with safety from day one. Every new starter joining is provided with the and workwear they need to carry out their role safely, including safety footwear, hearing and eye protection, gloves and respiratory protection where required.

It’s part of making sure everyone joining our team understands the standards expected across our factory and sites from the outset.

From reviewing project requirements to managing delivery programmes, Jason helps ensure every project is delivered safely, on time and to the high standards expected at BA Joinery.

This recognition means we’ll now represent Teesside in the regional Grand Final on 1st October, where we’ll join the other sub-regional winners from across the .

It’s a fantastic milestone for the business and a reflection of the dedication of our team, our continued investment and the partnerships we’ve built along the way.
