Why Emily Evan?

When we introduced Emily Evan Kitchens & Interiors, there was one question we expected people might ask…

“Who are Emily and Evan?”

The answer is a very personal one.

Emily and Evan are our children’s middle names, and when we were choosing a name for our business, we wanted it to represent more than just who we are—we wanted it to reflect why we do what we do.

Every kitchen we design becomes part of someone’s family life. It’s where meals are shared, conversations happen, celebrations are enjoyed and memories are made. To us, a kitchen is far more than just a room—it’s the heart of the home.

That’s why Emily Evan felt like the perfect name. It reminds us that every project is about creating a space that’s not only beautiful, but thoughtfully designed around the people who live in it.

Thank you for following our journey and for the wonderful support we’ve received since launching Emily Evan Kitchens & Interiors. We look forward to sharing many exciting projects with you in the months ahead.

When we introduced Emily Evan Kitchens & Interiors, many of you recognised the faces behind the new name.

Whilst Emily Evan Kitchens & Interiors is a new brand, it isn’t a new business.

We’ve been designing and delivering beautiful kitchens since 2007, and we’re incredibly proud of the reputation we’ve built through Precision Kitchens & Construction.
As our business has grown, it became clear that our kitchen design and interiors work deserved its own dedicated identity.

Emily Evan Kitchens & Interiors allows us to focus entirely on bespoke kitchens, cabinetry and complete project management, while Precision Kitchens & Construction continues to provide construction, renovation and building services.

It’s the same team, the same experience and the same commitment to quality-simply with two specialist brands, each focused on what they do best.

A new chapter for Precision Kitchens & Construction......

Introducing Emily Evan Kitchens & Interiors.

After almost 20 years of designing kitchens, transforming homes and managing renovation projects across Oxfordshire, we’re delighted to introduce a new chapter in our journey.

Emily Evan Kitchens & Interiors has been created to give our growing kitchen design and interiors service its own identity, allowing us to place an even greater focus on thoughtful design, beautifully crafted cabinetry and complete project management.

Meanwhile, Precision Kitchens & Construction will continue exactly as it always has, providing the construction and renovation services that have built our reputation since 2007.

While the branding may be new, the people, experience and values behind it remain exactly the same. Existing clients can continue to expect the same personal service, trusted craftsmanship and attention to detail that have always been at the heart of our business.

Whether you’ve worked with us before or are discovering us for the first time, we’re delighted to welcome you and look forward to sharing this exciting new chapter.

A change of layout in this kitchen really opened up the room making it a more social space.

We undertook a lot of preparation work to accommodate our design before we could install this kitchen. The removal of a small rear porch area along with blocking up a huge window allowed us to change the layout, making the range oven a focal point as you enter the room.

Opening up the single doorway and installing a supporting beam has really widened the eyeline into the adjoining dining room making a much more social space for all the family.

A new back door and door into the integral garage along with full electrical overhaul and plastering completed the construction phase of this project.

The Marine Blue Painted Ash Shaker with Tuscany White Quartz worktops are a stark contrast to the existing cream and wood effect combination.

Curved end posts, a custom wine rack above the fridge area and a cold filter tap are just a few of the finishing touches we included in this design.

Flooring and final decoration undertaken by customer and still to be completed when photos were taken.
